Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping

When your offer to purchase a product has been accepted, you will receive an email confirming the date on which it will be sent to you. Normally this will be within a maximum of three working days from receipt of your order if the order is placed before 12.30pm the day before. This period may be extended over the bank holidays and Christmas periods.

Delivery 

  • We will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events outside our control, for example, extreme weather, a flood or fire. The Lash Lounge & Brow Studio shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

  • The delivery cost within the Republic of Ireland is €7.50 unregistered.

Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at The Lash Lounge & Brow Studio, we really hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. 

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your recent purchase, you can return any products purchased so long as they are unopened, unused, and in the condition in which you received them within 14 days of your order being made, and we will gladly offer a refund (less the cost of sending the item to you).

Returned items must be received by us in the same condition as you received them, so please pack up any returned items carefully with their original packaging.

In the unlikely event that any product is damaged /faulty upon arrival, we will happily refund or replace or exchange the product when you contact us within 14 days from the date of purchase. This can be done by emailing thelashloungesligo@gmail.com

How to Return Products

Please note that your return must be sent back within 14 days from the date of delivery.

All returns will be examined upon receipt and we will refund your payment as quickly as possible by the original payment method (e.g. credit card, debit card, Paypal), no later than 10 days after we have received the returned goods.

We do not accept returns on sale items except where required by law.

Please note it is the customer’s responsibility that products are returned safely to us, we cannot be held responsible for packages that fail to reach us.
